У статті розкрита сутність «soft skills» та визначені групи компетенцій, які наповнюють змістом це поняття. Підкреслюється особливе місце комунікативних навичок у системі «soft skills». Наведені дані соціологічного дослідження, які описують думку студентської молоді щодо комплексу неспеціалізованих, надпрофесійних навичок («soft skills») важливих для кар'єри, місця серед них комунікативних навичок.Посилання
