Розглядається еволюція комп’ютерної етики від основоположних робіт Норберта Вінера та Джеймса Мура до сучасних викликів цифрової епохи. Проводиться історико-філософський аналіз ключових концепцій, зокрема «логічної пластичності» та «фактору невидимості» у комп’ютерних системах. Досліджуються інституційні аспекти розвитку комп’ютерної етики та її застосування до сучасних проблем штучного інтелекту, великих даних і кібербезпеки. Обґрунтовується необхідність міждисциплінарного підходу для розробки етичних рамок, здатних спрямовувати технологічний прогрес в інтересах суспільства та розв’язувати моральні дилеми цифрової трансформації.
