Пошук шляхів оптимізації процесу етичного регулювання в українському парламенті зумовлює необхідність вивчення досвіду організації такого процесу в складному середовищі законодавців та політиків в інших країн. Стаття присвячена аналізу етапів становлення процесу етичного регулювання в законодавчому органі США, його ідейної основи, структурних елементів, проблем функціонування та способів їх розв’язання.
