«УРАЗЛИВІСТЬ» ОСОБИСТОСТІ ТА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ: ПОТЕНЦІЙНЕ ПИТАННЯ?

У статті розглянуто поняття «уразливість» по відношенню до понять «особистість», «ефективність», «права людини» та «потенційність». Показано, що уразливість є частиною людського стану. Автор застерігає від антропоморфізації мови, підкреслює необхідність відповідальності індивіда за себе самого, вказує на згубність патерналістської політики.
