У статті розглядаються зони проблемності сучасних шляхів розвитку демократії і лібералізму, «критичні стики» щодо їх подальшого взаємозв’язку, підкреслюється неоднозначна роль популізму в контексті перспективи демократичних процесів, позначаються центри можливих кореляцій політичних зрушень, можливі тенденційності змін.
