Досліджено зростання політичної суб’єктності субнаціональних акторів. Визначено, що розширення їх автономії через парадипломатію в умовах криз створює можливості для зовнішніх маніпуляцій та використання їх як об’єкт гібридної агресії. Зроблено висновок про амбівалентний характер субнаціональної суб’єктності, яка в сучасних умовах виступає одночасно ресурсом адаптації та потенційною точкою вразливості демократичних систем.
