Рецензія на монографію присвячена огляду наукового дослідження, у якому висвітлено актуальні проблеми розвитку сучасного суспільства в соціокультурному та філософсько-правовому контекстах. У монографії проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між людиною, державою та правовим суспільством в умовах миру та війни, що надає роботі значної теоретичної глибини та практичної цінності. Особливу увагу автори приділили питанням захисту прав людини, цифровізації, розвитку віртуального простору, забезпеченню кібербезпеки, формуванню інформаційної культури та впливу штучного інтелекту на суспільні процеси.
