Розглядаються філософсько-правові та практичні засади смарт-контрактів через призму трансформації концепцій автономії та детермінізму. Досліджується семантичний розрив між природною мовою права та формальною мовою програмування. Аналізується онтологічний статус смарт-контрактів як гібридних соціотехнічних феноменів. Пропонується концептуальне бачення «виконуваного права» для розуміння нових форм алгоритмічної нормативності в цифрову епоху.
