З розпадом Радянського Союзу в Центральній Азії почалося суперництво Китаю, США, Росії, Туреччини. Аналізуються інтереси держав та інтереси Туреччини в регіоні по відношенню до стратегії інших гравців. Розкривається вплив війни в Україні на конфігурацію та розподіл впливу в регіоні. Суперництво направлене на зміцнення влади та утримання енергоресурсів Центральної Азії.
