ПРАВО МІЖ ЕКОЛОГІЄЮ ТА ОЙКУМЕНОЮ: ЗА ПУБЛІЧНУ НОРМАТИВНІСТЬ

У статті окреслено філософські рамки низки проблем, спричинених деградацією навколишнього середовища, а також сучасною глобальною екологічною кризою. Автор обґрунтовує свою позицію, вдаючись до оновлення ідеї «oekoumene», та показує конкретні філософські проблеми, що стосуються відносин людини з «довкілям» та «природою». Особливу увагу приділено наслідкам, як практичним, так і теоретичним, вибору ойкуменічної перспективи стосовно парадигми юридичної сучасності в її постійному становленні.
